"This is not a bad hotel,just not what it is advertised to be. Upon arrival I was shown to a pokey little room which was clearly not what I booked. When I objected I was given the room I had booked which was bigger and better but very tired and shabby. It is not an expensive hotel but I just wish hoteliers would be truthful in their description."

"At Yaya is a great value hotel that is conveniently located next to the Lak Song MRT station. I stayed here for over a week and had no issues with staying here. The only things were minor such as lacking a hot water kettle and a microwave (which I consider extras). It is very close to a modern Shopping Mall and getting a taxi was not a problem (most of the time). The location is in an alley which makes it quiet, but made navigation for taxis an issue a couple of times. There is a parking lot...

"We had such a great stay. Being able to wake up in the morning, enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck. Looking at the canal, the fish, the local people preparing their shops and food for the day. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with open arms. I highly recommend staying here if you want to experience true thailand life. Definitely will be returning for another stay.
