"Please note the rooms are nice but very small, they have small balconies which were very nice in the summer. Restaurant was also quite nice, however only serves until 21:30 so check your arrival time. Lots of good places to eat in the small town "

"Amazing stay at this hidden gem near Serre-Chevalier ski resort. George and Maria were wonderful hosts, the family room was perfect for our family of 2 adults & 2 kids and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was amazing, and we really much enjoyed the family style dinner with other guests in the cozy dining room. Warmly recommend this beautiful place!"

"Excellent value and location. We were hikers looking for a decent hotel for one night and this hotel was perfect. The room at the back of the hotel had a great view of the citadel, which was a bonus. The rooms are being renovated so I have no doubt that this will be an even better place to stay in future. Ours was a little tired and the hard floor transmitted sound easily but the bed was very comfortable and we had an excellent night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent so do book it as it is an...

"This B&B will send instructions on where to park. I misunderstood the instructions and used the address of the B&B. We drove through a very, very narrow alley. OUR MISTAKE. Be sure to set your GPS to Alfred Mondet. The B&B owners were very friendly and very helpful. George made us a delicious breakfast. There was an abundance of food. Staying at this, B&B gave us a wonderful French experience We would highly recommend Le Bacchu Ber"

"Staff was exceptionally helpful. While I had a hard time knowing where to park, once I got to the reception area staff provided the pass for free parking and gave me instructions on how to reach the appropriate lot. Location is exceptionally good. The hotel itself is quiet but I could not put that in the rating because the night I was there, there was loud music two blocks away that went on until 23h on a Thursday night. Not the property’s fault. Many restaurants were busy and I highly recommend reservations for dinner. "

"A very handy location and a well maintained property. Location is a 5 min walk to the slopes and nearby restaurants and shops. We rented a 6 person room for 2 adults. This worked well as it meant we had 2 bathrooms, though it meant we had more to clean before we left. The living space was very generous. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. "
