This is a beautiful, well appointed property, but that didn't make up for pests in the kitchen and the lack of response when I messaged the property manager about the issue. I made a point of reserving a place with a kitchen to cook for myself and I did not feel comfortable using the kitchen at all. "

"Easy to communicate with staff via WhatsApp and immediate response. We had a warm water failure that we reported and had already maintenance onsite 15 minutes later. The rooms and bathrooms had a very high standard and were clean and well taken care of. "La atención por Wats desde el inicio de la reserva es buena pero ya cuando estás ahí la verdad es nula !!! No está mal el lugar solo que se ve abandonado, el bote de basura del baño, las manijas de la puerta del baño y la llave del lavabo están en malas condiciones, las camas muy duras nada cómodas, los controles de la TV ya tenían las pilas oxidadas, por lo que no pudimos ni prenderla no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores y dormir con los ventanales abiertos no se me hace nada seguro, hay...

Location is about 10 min. ride in car to city center, not a deal breaker but impprtant to keep in mind. There are several places to buy groceries about 10 min. walking distance, nothing closer than that.
