"The accommodations are well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. Was located fairly close to the San Salvestro Vaporetto stop. Breakfast was abundant and served on time to your room. Had a common sitting room outside our room which was great as we were travelling with another couple. As the rooms are small we opted not to get daily cleaning/bed making service. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, bed comfy, and the breakfast had eggs, fresh pastries, fresh bread, and fresh fruit. Lots of stairs to get to the front desk and the rooms but the front desk clerks quickly offered to help with the luggage. "

"It was incredible in every way. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful & kind & called water taxis for us & answered any questions we had about the area. They made our 2 nights in Venice much easier as I was traveling with my parents who have some Mobility issues. Our private terrace was so picturesque & perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The attached restaurant was delicious……lasagna & tiramisu 2 nights in a row!! "
