"I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back same time next year. Many thanks for a memorable holiday everyone Hassan "

"The staff are a real credit to the hotel! Those at Vine restaurant (Yoonus, Alma, Basit, Jacqueline), Faith at Astor Grill, Amine at guest relations, Thesse at Sarab Lounge. Gabriel at the front entrance! What an amazing bunch of people. Nothing was too much for anyone! The food was of top quality, breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the surroundings were lush! There is a mixed gym and female only gym available which was very welcome and sauna, steam room available in the changing areas of the gym. The Butler service was an awesome added touch where 2 pieces of clothing were ironed on a daily basis. Checking was seamless. Nadine was super helpful. Room was large, lots of amenities. An issue with rowdy guests making noise in the night was resolved very quickly. A fantastic stay overall. Don't just think about coming to the hotel, book it!"
