From first day , alarm waring suddenly when we are sleep , we hear the voice of persons from another room no one care , Do not change the cups of coffee or tea , No added in room amenities daily . At the end Very very bad experience and so bad of the attitude of employees, took long time to take my luggage I was gonna miss my flight no respect for my time , specially Heinz no care about anything

Le camere sono veramente belle, comode e spaziose. La colazione ottima, c'è veramente di tutto e il servizio è eccellente (un particolare ringraziamento a Nafran). Il personale alla reception è gentile ma di poche parole e non dà nessuna informazione sui servizi offerti (spiaggia, ristoranti dell'hotel, collegamenti con la città, principali attrazioni ecc.) Abbiamo usufruito di un massaggio alla spa e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Una nota veramente per me tanto negativa è la totale mancanza di insonorizzazione nelle camere, si sentivano porte sbattere forte a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte (da parte del personale soprattutto), ho dovuto dormire con i tappi per tutta la settimana e non è ammissibile per un hotel 5 stelle. Questo purtroppo non credo mi farà tornare in questo hotel. Ha tanto potenziale ma ci sono tante cose da migliorare.
