My stay was okay, but this hotel is nowhere near a 5-star standard. While we were upgraded to a bigger room, the hotel has too many issues to justify its rating or pricing. The first thing I noticed was holes in the towels, something you would never expect at a so-called 5-star property. On the first night, there was brown water, followed by no water at all for about four hours, which is completely unacceptable. I also had an unpleasant experience with staff attempting to charge me for a broken water bottle in the minibar, which was not caused by me. This felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Room service was extremely overpriced, lacked flavor, and was overall tasteless. The food was delivered wrapped in aluminum foil, which is not what you expect from 5-star room service. The room itself was missing basic amenities no coffee machine, only cheap instant coffee, and the bathroom had no soap or shampoo at all as the dispensers were empty. Overall, while the stay was manageable, this hotel does not meet 5-star expectations in service, amenities, or attention to detail. Very disappointing for the category it claims to be in.

Crazy awsome pool and sauna area as well as gym. Rooms where very comfy and spacious for the price. Would if liked a steam sauna and the elevators where really small. But still a great hotel. Definitely would stay there next time i go to Dnipro

Surprisingly nice Spa-and sauna complex

Innovative and beautiful Spa-complex with sauna and steam room amenities reflective of 4 countries/regions (Finland, Russia, Slavic region, Japan). Both a fun and educational experience. Hotel Lobby improvements were under construction at the time of visit. The restaurant can benefit from an interior design upgrade to emerge from from its current communist-era look&feel.

Big nice room perfect spa good price, it’s just unbelievably great! Only one thing which was not nice was the young woman at reception was not nice. But other stuff were great. I wouldn’t take another hotel for sure.

Leider befand sich vor meinem Zimmer eine große Baustelle. Manchmal es laut. Besonders am Morge. Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Der Spa und Wellness Bereich ist fantastisch. Die Anzahl der bewachten Parkplätze ist sehr begrenzt.

The Hotel Spa is one of the best in Ukraine. The Apartment room has 2 levels and provides great space and atmosphere. The gym is enormous and very well equipped. The spa is good and offer great services. One of my favorite parts of the property is the little alleys in the spa. It feels like an treasure hunt, maize, adventure course. So do explore this excellent hotel with great service. This was my 4th stay and my choice accommodation where I go to Dnipro.

Прекрасно провели время в отеле с мамой, номер предоставили даже выше классом, чем бронировали. Очень впечатлил дизайн номера, очень комфортная кровать огромного размера.
