Great place right in the center!

Wonderful apartment right in the center of Dnipro within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the river! Super clean and looks just like the pictures. Host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very spacious and clean. Fabulous decor and great amenities. Location was excellent. Easy access to shopping mall. Light filtering into the bedroom from outside through the glass panels of bedroom door, disturbed our sleep a bit, otherwise enjoyed staying in the apartment very much.

Location is great

This is a aparts in the dnipro center. Location is great. Managers are good. You can stay solo or with family and friends. You will get comforts. I like it. If i go to dnipro again, i think to stay again here.

HIG PRICE / LOW QUALITY COMFORT & SERVICE AT MOST

During our 5 days nobody cleaned the flat, never took the full dustbin, never changed neither towels nor bed sheets, the sheets were old and low quality ones, also there was no winter blanket and finally at first two days the flat was cold because of the so small heating radiators and cold airs coming from the windows and gate edges...The comfort of the flat was not sufficient. As a result the price / quality & comfort ratio is so high. It does not deserve the money which I paid

Very Nice Place In a Troubled City

I stayed one beautiful summer week in the apartment and was overall very pleased with the comfort, cleanliness and service. There are doormen around the clock to make sure, your stay is safe. The apartments are located very much to the city center, very close to the western river bank with the famous "promenade", where you can go for a stroll along the Dnepr. The apartment had all the necessary furniture and appliances, except an oven (nice for single men to heat up Pizza) and no lights on the bedside tables. The kitchen sink is equipped with a filter system and separate faucet, which was reassuring when using water to prepare tea. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean. The floor is tiled and a bit cold to the feet, but slippers are provided. Each apartment has its own WLAN access point, which makes it reassuring to use with reasonable expectation of privacy. I recommend using VPN services to encrypt all traffic, nevertheless. Internet speed was sufficient, upstream could be faster, but still very good considering it is included in the price.

Great apartments in the heart of the city

It's hard to beat these accommodations. You are in the heart of the city. You have a giant shopping mall downstairs for anything: groceries, bar, food, high end shopping, pharmacy. The apartments definitely have that over the top Ukrainian быкоко "luxury" feel, but it's super clean, safe and with great views of the Dnipro river. The hosts, Valera and Sveta, are incredibly responsive. Just send them a text with a question or request and their service staff will be at your door to help out. Definitely better staying here than at a hotel.

I checked in. I bought groceries and went to sleep. I was told I had to leave in middle of night because they rented the room to some one else. That is when I realized this is not a hotel and the rooms are owned by landlords. The landlords can ask you to leave if they decide to rent to someone else. So they woke me and said I had to leave. You are in foreign country so you cant argue with locals. So I packed my bag and was forced to leave. I also left all the groceries I bought in fridge. Never had anything so bad happen in my millions of miles of travel. This is not a hotel. It is rooms owned by owners who can evict you at any hour. And when I refused to take a bad room they charged me for the night. There are really bad things one can say about this behaviour but all I do here is write facts. It is a completely unprofessional place and would not be allowed in a civil society.

Wonderful, clean apartment

Owner finally met us in lobby and took us to this amazing apartment on the 8th floor. Even had an illuminated fish tank embedded in one wall and a decorated Christmas tree next to the comfy couch. 8th Floor view was great - even for December. All fixtures, furniture, kitchen, washing machine were first rate. Shower water pressure could be stronger, but not a big problem. Will stay here again for sure on our next visit. So great to have an entire shopping mall including a full supermarket just a few floors below.

First trip to Dnipro

Valery & Svetlana, are amazing property owners. They communicated with me from the moment they received my reservation. They offer transportation to and from the airport for a minimum cost. They answered all questions I had regarding the apartment. The best way to contact them is by using Viber, which they are quick to respond. Upon arrival at the airport Valery was then ready to give me a ride to the apartment. Valery speaks English well and is there to assist you in anyway possible. The apartment I stayed in was awesome I had a great view of the city and it was spacious. The bed was comfortable and there was everything in the apartment you needed. The bathroom was a little oddly shaped but not an issue because there are two doors to enter through. Theres a shopping mall located right next to the apartment which made shopping easy. There are great restaurants very close to the apartment so you don't need to travel that far if you are in the mood to stay close. The apartment building has 24 hr guards, which, do a great job on controlling who enters the building. The elevators are modern and safe so enjoy them. I felt safe and secure in the building. The airline lost my luggage and even though It was no concern for Valery he was glad to assist in any way he could. Valery reached out to friends and contacts within the New Mail office to assist in locating and getting my luggage to me. They had a woman come in and clean the apartment during my stay and she did an excellen

Superbe séjour à Dnepropetrovsk

Superbe appartement très bien équipé, sauf au niveau de la cuisine où il manque juste une poële. Une petite table et deux chaises pliantes auraient été les bienvenues aussi.
