Attention a l'escroquerie. Chambre payée a l'avance, mais la reception incroyablement souriante lol me demande un reglement de la totalité du sejour. Apres nos 3 nuits ils nous reclament toujours le règlement, et comme par magie apres avoir haussé le ton et fait comprendre notre colère, nous ne devions plus rien. L'hôtel est mal entretenu, pas tres propre, et pourtant il y a du potentiel.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön ( gepflegt Garten, sauber Pool, sonnig) aber als Gastronomie es hat nicht Mal 2 Sterne: Mahlzeiten Buffet ist sehr Arm ( kein Kreativität, kein vielen Auswahl, kein Geschmack ect..), Zimmer ( wo wir waren als Pärchen, meine Frau und ich) ist sehr schmutzig ( Bad: hat kein Vorhänge, Toilette: sehr dreckig und das Wasser läuft ständig auf.... Nie wieder zu diesem Hotel !

TV and safe did not work, Water in the bathroom did not flow very well. Despite my remarks at the reception no one did anything about it. !!!! The salesman in the hotel all the time followed to sell his tour!!! which costs 5 times more than usual!!!! it's a scam !!!! Be careful

bei Frühstück zu beispiel am 3 tagen keine Butter in Haus jeden 2.tag zum Bäcker um frisches Brot zu kaufen,Brot von vortag"Kaugummi".Tischdecken den Standard des Haues entsprechend Abendessen:Feisch nur in form von Hackmasss,Hähnchen klein zerteilt mit Knochen,alles sehr kalt die letzten vier Tage zum Abend kein Wasser mit Gas vorhanden,selbst gekauft Die Krönung,Open Air Disco keine 50 Meter von Schlafzimmer entfernt bis 2 Uhr .mein Glück nur 2 Tage abreise Positiv nur Pool .Sterne bei mir "1" aus den Angebot mehren

NUL. Arrivés le 1er aux alentours de 19h . Le directeur semblait surpris, nous sommes restés plus d’une heure à l’entrée avant de nous installer.Arrivées dans la chambre : stupeur.Cela ne correspondait absolument pas aux descriptions de l’annonce avec des lits non faits,un appartement d’environ 20m2 ayant 2 lits doubles alors que nous étions 5. Une odeur nauséabonde dû à l’emplacement (à côté des caniveaux).Nous avons réclamer un changement immédiat car l’appart était insalubre (moisissures, plafond craquelé).Le patron a d’abord refusé car « le prix que vous avez payés est trop bas »alors que c’etait le prix affiché.Finalement nous avons été transférées dans une autre chambre un peu plus correct mais qui n’était toujours pas celle que nous avions choisi.Nous avons acceptées car nous n’avions pas d’autres choix.Nous avons été surprise de trouver un caleçon sale en plein milieu de la salle de bain et une absence de frigo.Au moment de nous laver l’eau chaude était orange voire marron en permanence.Nous l’avons signalé et cela semblait normal pour eux.Nous avons dû nous laver pendant 2 semaines à l’eau froide. Si vous n’etes pas adepte de la musique à fond à partir de 9h du matin je vous déconseille fortement d’y aller.La femme de ménage, très intrusive, est allée fouillée dans nos affaires pour signaler que nous avions une chicha (ce qui n’est pas interdit il nous semble)sachant que nous n’avons pas fumé dans l’enceinte de l’établissement.Plage«privée» très loin

L’hôtel est à en couper le souffle, la décoration artisanale et moderne est vraiment sublime. On aime y rester se poser pour boir un café et contempler le décore. Ce qui concerne les animateurs, ils sont très adorable et disponible et surtout parle archi bien français. Au niveau du personnel de chambre rien à dire, ils en fesait même trop à nous ranger nos chaussures qui été désordonnée.. parcompte les deux filles de la réception, je serais directeur de l’hotel, je l’ai aurais VIRER ! Nous arrivons et nous étions vraiment content nous avons dit « waaaaa mais c’est magnifique » l’une des réceptionnistes m’a répondu «  ah bon ? Moi j’aime pas Dutout cet hôtel c’est moche » ok et bien écoutez .. j’ai envie de vous dire si vous lisez mon message dégagez moi cet réceptionniste de l’hotel Qui est parfait. Pour les piscines et la nourriture c’est excellent, sauf le café ! Lol Le accès à la plus belles plage que j’ai jamais vu à Djerba ! Nous pouvions y rester des heures et des heures. Je recommande fortement ! Et je compte revenir ici même ! Merci !

Ottima SOLO la piscina.

Camere totalmente da rinnovare,pulizia che lascia a desoderare.....all'arrivo e alla partenza abbiamo trovato il capo receptionist maleducato e arrogante non adatto a trattare con le persone. Si rivolge ai clienti con tono di superiorita e questo sicuramente non é un bel atteggiamento per un responsabile. Le ragazze invece cordiali e cortesi e anche il direttore. Nota assolutamente positiva é la piscina.
