Die Atmosphäre dort ist wirklich einzigartig. Besonders geliebt haben wir die freistehende Badewanne im Zimmer und die engmaschigen Moskitonetze, durch die man nachts die Fenster offen lassen kann. "The location of the hotel was excellent right in the middle of Port Douglas can walk everywhere. The main part of the room was quite small so it felt very cramped with our luggage. The bathroom was large, and the shower was very comfortable. The one major drawback for us was that there was a lot of scares climbing up and down to the second floor. Due to our very large and full luggage, it was very difficult climbing up and down."

"We were disappointed that we didn't get the room that we paid for - it did not match the advertised pictures and was smaller than advertised. The pools and spas were too cold to swim in and one of the spas was not working. The room was very dark and a big wall blocked our view. There was not enough cutlery for 2 people and there was no sink to wash it in. The blinds were stained and the pools had stains and chipped tiles. It was in need of a renovation and a good clean."
