"We booked this because we needed somewhere to stay over Christmas to relax and settle for a few weeks. Mistake. 1. The room we booked was not what we got. We chose based on pictures provided and did not choose the basic studio because we did not want it. We were given the basic studio shown in the pictures not the “business” studio we booked.
