"Top notch customer service both in hospitality and restaurant, I don't know what they are rated but it felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel and restaurant for sure! They really want to make sure everything is comfortable for you. I would definitely recommend staying here. Pitlochry town is really adorable too and it's within easy walking distance from the hotel."

"I have stayed at Westlands several times and always had a comfortable break. The rooms are well maintained and are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff are all friendly and clearly well trained. Breakfast is very busy as it seems guests from the neighbouring hotel join those at Westlands. While the food is plentiful, the dining experience could be improved as tables are tightly packed together and this leaves little space for the multiple visitors to the buffet that guests tend to...

"Don’t choose this if you want an authentic castle stay. Was not that at all. But hotel was beautiful rooms nice beds comfortable and beautiful location overlooking river. Super expensive and nothing of a castle to look at at all."

"High end boutique hotel with very comfortable beds and great amenities like the pantry with free snacks all day and a delicious cake served in the afternoon. We loved the decor all over the hotel!! Free parking and an easy walk to downtown Pitlochry. Only thing to keep in mind is the walk back up the hill to the hotel if you’re not in shape. Great breakfast in their beautiful restaurant and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in."

On our second day he remembered us and came over as soon as we were seated to say he had already requested my husband's gluten free toast before we even asked. Lots of breakfast options, gluten free toast available on request and is made separately in the kitchen so there is no risk of cross contamination using the communal toaster. Had a great hot stone massage at the spa. Only downfall was limited...
