"We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and beautifully restored masseria just outside Otranto. The setting is serene, surrounded by olive groves and close to the coast, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. One of the highlights of our visit was the fish set menu – fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt authentically Salento. "Amazing Masseria set amongst the orchards and groves in the area of Melendugno. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have everything you could need including a kitchenette and outdoor garden seating area. The bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure and temperature were perfect. Breakfast every morning in the common area was lovely with traditional Italian pastries, cheeses, yogourt, fresh fruit and a warm egg dish. Espresso coffees included. "Easy access for beach hopping . Felt safe on property and front desk staff 24/7. Very quiet with privacy while walking the grounds Pool looks beautiful , did not use it… the hotel has an interesting rule about wearing swimming caps and it was not heated We were ok without the pool because there were plenty of beaches under a 10 minute drive that were beautiful with warm water "

"I enjoyed my stay here however there were many disappointments as well. The room wasn’t great. There was mould on the walls in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. On 2 days out of 3 there was no hot water in the mornings. The TV didn’t work on my 2nd & 3rd day. The patio door was stuck and wouldn’t open or lock properly. The owners weren’t very friendly.
