"Beautiful hotel! The property is right across the street from Daikin Park. The Astros game started at 3pm and we were able to check in early. The staff (valet, doorman, check-in, bar/restaurant waiters) were all super accommodating. Restaurant was delicious. "The hotel overall was okay, now there’s a few key issues with it, the AC in the room is controlled and it doesn’t go under 66 degrees which for Houston is not cold, you’ll be very hot at night, the TV volume will not go above 30 which means you can barely hear it, the bathroom door has 0 privacy, all sounds and smells will go out to the room, the pool has no supervision whatsoever and kids will make your time completely insufferable, if you are looking to enjoy the pool you need to go very early...

"This boutique hotel was so cute! It was within our price range when we booked it. We stayed in the Hollywood room, which was very cute. I loved that they had a ceiling fan along with the AC because sometimes you need a little extra air. There is a kitchen when you walk into the boutique hotel, which you’re allowed to cook if needed. "One of the primary reasons I selected the hotel was the pool amenity; however, upon arrival, I learned the pool was not open. This closure was not disclosed on the website or communicated prior to my stay. Additionally, I was not informed that a prom event would be taking place the evening of my arrival. "We had such a great experience here, Xochi restaurant in the hotel was delicious. Anthony (Manager) was amazing and very friendly with anything we needed. We will certainly be back again."

"Joseph was the star of the place! He made the most delicious breakfast! The place is lovely, it just needs some deep cleaning. The carpet in our room was old and the outside of the bath tub was quite dirty. The light switches in the bedroom and bathroom need some cleaning. Over all it was a pleasant stay."
