"We had a wonderful week at the Liberty Mountain Resort. Staff were all so friendly and accommodating from the get-go. Room was clean and had a nice balcony to sit with our morning coffee facing the mountain. We enjoyed walking the property in the evenings and strolling around the pond and courtyard area. Parking was available right in front of our building for ease going in and out as we left for day activities. The food at Eagle and Owl on the property was excellent. We hit one small snag...

"Wonderful peaceful retreat! We enjoyed a well-crafted libation & delicious evening meal at GloryRidge Tavern. Accommodations are spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. Sleeping arrangements & bath are similar to a high-end hotel. We spent some quiet-time relaxing on the deck. The only thing 'missing' was an outdoor fire pit. We will return again soon for another visit to history."

"I don’t have enough words to describe just how beautiful this gorgeous bed and breakfast manor really is! Our room was elegantly decorated with antiques throughout and yet it was inviting and comfortable! The bathroom had a large jacuzzi tub as well as a shower! There weren’t many other guests so we checked out the other rooms and all were just as amazing! The breakfasts were just brilliant! We felt completely pampered! I look forward to a return visit! "

"Excellent hotel, Pool was very refreshing. The location is very convenient for touring the battlefield, as well shopping and there are many very good restaurants within walking distance!!"

"We visit Gettysburg every July and this is our favorite place to stay. It’s a little pricey and there are no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms but it is a beautiful place, perfectly located, and the staff are welcoming and super helpful!"

"The staff was really friendly and accommodating. I have a bad back and my room fridge didn't have a freezer. They were kind enough to put it into the main freezer! The breakfast attendant kept everything well stocked and super clean! He did a great job! The location feels really safe!"

"Innkeepers really were great. We had an enormous amount of issues traveling and checked in late. they left a note on the door for us, and were so relieved. Location was so nice to be by the downtown /historic district. We loved it ! if you can't do stairs, might want to let the innkeepers know. breakfast was amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer. We loved it!"
