"Room was fine but we asked to book another night when we arrived which was apparently fine but the room wasn't booked so we had to take a more expensive room the next day. There was a staff party in the floor right below us on our 1st night which is ofcourse fine but we had had a full day and we were not notified of this and it would have been nice if they had just put us up a floor or two so it wasnt so loud."

"Excellent location, close proximity to attractions (10 to 25 minutes by car), friendly and helpful staff. We booked 3 rooms - one toilet was clogged, one has no water heater and one door needed battery change (maintenance guy came to replace batteries without us reporting). "

"good pool but the gym and pool hours end too early at 7 pm or 8 pm. No pool towels even at noon. Breakfast staff for pho and egg station leaves the station an hour before breakfast ends. Pho soup is better than some street vendors. Room is a bit outdated with wall cracks but the room is still big with updated bathrooms. "

"clean hotel with modern furniture in room, comfy beds, but almost no service- barely anyone ever at the front desk, room was clean to start but never cleaned during stay. very few places to eat right close - wasnt terrible but wasnt fantastic... price was decent."
