Tea and coffee was available in the room, however the host had extra milk, sugar, etc in the lobby which was most appreciated. "The room had a strongly chemical odor. An alternative room I was cheerfully offered had a radiator with a roaring, noisy vibration. Our toilet seat was broken. The beds both sagged about 8 inches in the lower back area. The unusual shower controls did not work and the water was either icy or scalding hot, nothing in between."
