"Love this little motel and the owners are so nice and accomodating."

"Easy to get in. I ordered two double beds and got a room with one double bed. The property manager said it was an old picture and they do f have two bed options. Bed was very uncomfortable. It is clean and is close to town. "

"Definitely needs improvement, for being new the lobby was dirty, boxes right by the desk. Take your own towels, the ones provided are thin and small. The AC was very loud and the blinds let a lot of light in. Being the one of the only options for families traveling for the baseball fields near by they should take better care of the property"

"Room was very clean but a little dated. Breakfast was okay for a Continental. One of the staff was taken care of the breakfast, He was very helpful . I didn’t care much for the coffee. It was not brewed. It was liquid flavored coffee with hot water mix. I bought coffee elsewhere. There was no one at the front desk most of the time with the front doors locked. They were out working elsewhere in the hotel. If you rang for them , they come immediately, I guess they were short on staff. I would stay...

"Our family stayed at America’s Best Value Inn on our way to Bryan Texas. The Inn was A bit of a hit-or-miss stay. The highlights were definitely the clean towels and the beer bathtub, which felt brand new. Unfortunately, the sleeping area didn't match that quality—the decor is dated and the linens have seen better days. Also, travelers looking for a hearty breakfast should be aware that the continental offering is very basic and lacks protein options (aside from milk). Good for a night, but...

"Bathtub was completely delaminated. Sheets had holes in them. Pool was green. Room was musty. Not appropriately described on Expedia. Beware of ratings."

"There is not much to say about a $56 a night place to sleep. Room appears to have been updated. Furniture and bed were clean but the floors and bathroom were not. Ac worked. There was not breakfast in the morning and the front office door was locked when we went to check out at 830am. Attendant at the desk for check in was a nice guy."
