Bad Service at check in - unhelpful re pets

Very disappointed to be given Floor 5 with 2 large dogs. Asked repeatedly for a lower floor the check in staff very unhelpful kept saying fully booked and couldn’t move my room. The annoying thing was not everyone had checked in and they could I am sure done a simple swap for me. Very frustrating to be met by poor service and little empathy

Hôtel qui fait très bien le job pour le prix. Ça a été très agréable d’avoir la clim pendant le pic de chaleur. Le seul point négatif est qu’il est difficilement accessible en transport depuis le centre de Dijon

Bon hôtel pour un étape

Hôtel est très bien entretenu mais la chambre que j'ai occupée était un peu trop petite pour y mettre 2 lits... du coup les 2 lits était très peu larges (je n'ai pas mesuré mais ils étaient en dessous d'une taille standard). Petit déjeûner très correct mais le tarif enfant ne s'applique qu'en dessous de 10 ans (16 ans sur la facture) d'où un petit différend lors de notre arrivée. Je recommande cet hôtel pour une étape.
