Very safe neighborhood. I traveled as a single female and felt very safe walking from the Canada Line from the airport to the hotel, even at 7:00pm. The location of the hotel is exceptional. "This hotel was in the perfect spot walkable to just about everything restaurants very close by. The bar was fully stocked with TVs all tuned into every sports game. The staff are exceptional in every aspect. It felt safe at all times! Starbucks in the lobby, Tim Hortons, right across the driveway entrance. Very convenient for Ubers and taxis.. loved this place"

"I really like the hotel and will certainly stay there again. There is some traffic noise and Granville Street is worth avoiding between the train station and the hotel. In any event the easiest walking route from the station is through Pacific Centre to Dunsmuir. Turn right on Dunsmuir and the hotel is one block east"

"Front desk excellent service, extremely professional and friendly. Hallways needed a little work, the light by our door was full of insects and flickering. The vent into the room reflected this flickering when the room lights were not on. "
