"Room had such an odd and strong smell. Maybe moldy. Ceiling and grout of shower was very dirty. Shower was annoying to use kept pointing outside of the area. There’s a small homeless encampment in the courtyard by the entrance as well. They had a security guard in the lobby at night at least. Staff however was nice and helpful."

Air conditioned rooms. Cold water dispenser in lobby (still and sparkling water). Very conveniently located to public transportation (train, cable car, metro and bus). Room service is available from the restaurant in the adjacent building. Short distance from all that Lyon has to offer."
