"Friendly staff and room was as expected"

"It was our last stop driving from Ontario to Alberta and it was the cheapest and best overall stay of our trip. Room was clean, bed was super comfy, great selection at breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay here again anytime. "

"Very old type room with tiny tv and a not great shower. Felt like we went back in time. Amenities also not so great.Totaly not what we were expecting. But the counter clerk was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this place. It was clean for sure. "

"It’s a 2nd floor over a bar. You can hear voices. If a band was playing….🙀 It’s very dated but clean. Only one bath towel and wash cloth. 2 sets would be much better. Bed is double and worn out however bedding and pillows are nice. Bar fridge is a plus. Cable TV a/c window unit. Checking in was in the bar. Checking out was more difficult as I couldn’t find anyone to give the key to. Overall I’d stay here again. It’s basic but good."

"This place is adequate for a night but certainly isn't a boutique hotel or anything like that. Very nice owner. Shared bathrooms were ok since I was the only guest that night. There was no key for my room door which again was ok since I was the only one there but really should be fixed. "
