"The room shown on the app isn’t what we get, literally a downgrade. The noise was unbearable slept at 2pm because guests had a party (more than 10pm), reception refused to deal with it. The staff train in the gym area while guest use the pool or have to go change for the spa. Those guys would stop and stare . Never going back to that place. "

"The property is very clean and the staff are highly professional! The room was very large and well worth it for the price charged! The bathroom was a huge spa bathroom with a huge bathtub. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great place to stay if you have limited mobility like I do because the elevators work well. The shuttle service is excellent and prompt. Very pleased with my stay and will return in the near future!"

"Rooms were old , outdated and not very clean . Tea station was full of dust and previous guest hair was in the shower . No one ever answers from reception when you call / dial 100 for assistance . 1 porter and the delay to wait to serve the entire hotel is unacceptable . Breakfast while was acceptable, the service was bad with no one clearing tables , providing cutlery , reheating coffees etc. Won’t come back .."
