"The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and attentive. The rooms and amenities are great and the location is perfect. The only issue we had was that the housekeeping crew did a terrible job at cleaning our room the first day we were there, they did not replace the towels, they didn’t make the bed and left trash throughout the room. After we contacted reception about this the issue did not happen again. Other than that the stay was excelent, we really enjoyed the hotels private...

"My partner and myself had an excellent stay at the Duja hotel (Didim) 2026 , the staff were extremely helpful especially the girl on the reception Menekse who is an excellent member of staff who will go out of her way to ensure that your stay at the hotel meets your highest requirements. To be met at the reception with such a happy smiling welcome from Menekse was a joy and also her command of the English language was also extremely helpful. She ensured that our holiday got off to the best start possible and she would be the person that we reached out to if we required an answer to any questions relating to our stay at the hotel. Highly professional individual that should go far in her career. The Duja hotel (Didim) far exceeded all our expectations and we would have no hesitation in booking this hotel in the future. "Best customer service ever. The hotel staff was so helpful, sweet and genuinely caring, we were treated like royalty. The hotel is too amazing with great views and amenities. Super clean, comforting. The cocktails were out of the blue! The spa area is one of the best too. All kinds of rooms for relaxation from sauna to hydrating pool. Many activities including paddle and other sports. Many restaurants with different food choices, the buffet spread is quite lavish too. If you’re looking for a very comfortable, luxurious, this is it!"
