"Great place to stay. All the staff were super helpful and very friendly. Made our stay very pleasant and memorable. There was some confusion regarding rooms initially due to some overbooking, but they quickly sorted that out and gave us a free upgrade to their best villa - temptation pool villa since it was my birthday which was a very nice gesture. Good amount of water activities at this location. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this place."

"Our stay had highs and lows. The best part was the incredible staff - always friendly and helpful. The hotel was also spotless, thanks to the amazing cleaner. Another highlight was its location, just steps from Bikini Beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful shoreline. However, there were several issues. We booked a room with a balcony and sea view but got a small window facing a brick wall. Management first denied the mistake, then blamed Expedia, despite Expedia confirming the hotel...
