"The Lodge is NOT at Cliff Castle Casino—something they don’t make clear. We waited nearly an hour to check in, only to find out our room was in a separate building. When I asked where it was, the staff just said “800 feet away” and pointed, clearly annoyed. No map, no directions, no explanation that the lobby there was closed. When we found The Lodge, the door was locked with a sign saying closed, and there were no instructions on how to access the second floor rooms. Confusing, frustrating,...

The room was spacious and comfortably fit our family of four, which made our short stay very easy and relaxing. The property itself is clean, new, and well appointed, giving it a fresh and welcoming feel.
