"It's convenient for the price & was clean enough. My whole experience was jarring though as I hadn't experienced racism directly directed at me in years.....probably over a decade until I came into that town of Abilene, Kansas. I must've been naive thinking that mentality died out years ago. Well, it's still alive and well in Abilene, Kansas."

"When me and the wifes pulled up we both looked at each other and were about to call Expedia for a full refund because we thought we got an old run down hotel. As soon as I walked in, I immediately changed my mind. The hotel is currently going through major renovations and we were impressed. The room was fully redone, super clean, super nice staff. We will be staying here going forward."

"The room reasonably comfortable although the pillows were like little bags of cement. The fridge didn't have a freezer which was a bummer for people travel and need ice for their cooler like us. Although the motel was in fairly good shape, it could stand some maintenance--our tub faucet didn't work so I had to shower when I really wanted a long soak on the tub."
