"We had a great stay in Wroclaw and the hotel was great in many ways. However, we had not been alerted to the fact that renovations were being done on the rooms in the 5th floor. Yet, we were still assigned a room immediately below the one that was being renovated. For 2 out of the 3 mornings, we were woken up at 7:00am with loud released noise and pounding on the ceiling. "We stayed at Basecamp over New Years. The location was great for us, walking distance to the main square. The reception was easy to find and on check in the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the 24hr self serve mini-mart that’s a nice touch and having a restaurant on-site is useful. There was a problem with the original point of stay....however hotel management went out of their way to upgrade us to a different place.
