"Location, location, location! Can walk to most everything. Modern, clean spacious rooms with very comfortable and soft beds. They are a bit low to the floor but that's fine for me. Excellent soundproofing too. Never hear people in other rooms so you get a good night's sleep. Also like the tree lined streets with lots of birds singing! Many good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff."

"Excellent location! It's central to almost everything you'd like to see near downtown Seattle and very near the water. It took 10 minutes from the link rail to the hotel, it was easy even with a carry on suitcase. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was small but very clean and comfortable. I had requested a view but didn't get one. Hopefully next time I will. Other than that, I highly recommend the Ace Hotel, and will be staying there next time I'm in town."

"I love 1hotel for their aesthetics. It’s hard to find anything similar. The location is perfect, and there is Whole Foods on the lower level. Management was super helpful, and I appreciate all accommodations that they’ve made for me. However, in terms of service, there is definitely a room for improvement.
