"I arrived at the property with an injury that made moving very difficult. We were greeted by a lovely young woman who took care of our check in, luggage, parking, ice and insured that i woul be comfortable and well taken care of. For the next 3 days we enjoyed amazing service by pleasant and unfailingly helpful staff. Couldn't have asked for more!"

From requesting menus, the check, bread, and having food eventually brought over that had clearly been sitting in the window as it was mildly warm when we finally got it, that was the only downfall. NOFO has lots going for it: boutique hotel with varied decor, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Staff were friendly and helpful. Terrific location, very walkable and about 6 minutes to the metro. Trendy shopping and restaurants nearby.
To make it perfect, there should be an espresso machine in the room (only instant coffee packets were available), poor ventilation in the bedroom and no exhaust fan in the bathroom so...
"Loved everything. The breakfast is a must. The staff are sweet. The location is absolutely perfect and the rooms are very nice.
The one issue is the music in the courtyard restaurant and bar, which gets louder on Friday and Saturday night. The windows block the noise very well, so on weeknights it wasn't an issue. But Friday and Saturday they turned it up further and it interfered with our sleep. It is a pity that a 5 star hotel prioritizes the weekend fun for locals over paying travelers...

"The hotel was situated in central Stockholm, near to the main tourist areas and restaurants and a short distance from the Palace. It’s a lovely old building with an amazing dining room space of mirrors and magnificent chandeliers.
The only quibble was the adjoining eatery that was very noisy of an evening although everything closed up before midnight. "
