"It is an extremely family-run guesthouse, our hosts live and work very carefully on site. The breakfast is personalized and carefully prepared. A very bucolic location surrounded by nature. A great pool. I recommend it to everyone for the service and excellent value for money."

"The breakfast was very sparse at the end of the time frame…like nothing in the fridge and nothing in the warmers and the pancake maker was out of order. The outdoor pool was very nice! Our last Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Salinas was so eco-friendly! And, the Salinas breakfast was a well-oiled machine! Breakfast staff cleaned tables and took out full trash. This didn’t happen in Visalia. Recycling in the Salinas room - love it. Hopefully Visalia can take note of the recycling option. "

"The bathroom had hair on the floor and in bathtub from previous guests. Front desk employee's were all very pleasant and helpful. We arrived late at night and.I was pleased by the security measures taken. The employee at the breakfast area is amazing! He worked so hard and efficiently! There were always hot,fresh, choices and he cleaned up on time each day. He was also very kind and helpful, especially to guests arriving very close or slightly after the end of breakfast time. "

"This La Quinta is a good property, though located right next to the freeway, and was in good shape and provided a clean, comfortable room. The breakfast was really nice and the service was good. The one thing I found disappointing was having no telephone in the room so that I had to get dressed and go to the front desk to talk about a problem I had at 11:00 p.m. ."

"Overall this was a good value. The room was clean and neat. There really aren't many amenities at a Motel 8. There was a microwave and refrigerator. Parking was easy but you need to remember that if you are on the second floor there are only stairs."
