"This was the perfect hotel to get over jetlag and start exploring Belfast. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was quite nice and included a buffet as well as eggs to order. I appreciated that the hotel provided parking, and the location was incredible. This hotel was a very good value for the price. The Tara Lodge exceeded my expectations and was an excellent start to a wonderful holiday in Ireland. I would definitely stay here again given the chance. "

"My daughter and I stayed at the hotel on a day trip to Belfast, and I will not stay at another hotel anytime I'm in the city. What an experience! The location, solid. The staff, superb. "What a great place to stay!! It was excellent in every way. The beds were comfortable, and it was great to have separate rooms. The kitchen was very handy and the laundry was most welcome, so we could move on with all clean clothes. The location worked out really well for us, it was a short walk to buses that were easy to navigate to get into the city. I have to admit it was much better than I was expecting. The decor was pretty, and it was very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again if...

The first night, our flight was delayed, putting us close to restaurant closing time, but they were very accommodating and it all worked out well. "Was due to stay here last week, but due to a very unexpected death in the family, on the day we were due to stay, we were obviously unable to make it. Rang to explain the situation to change the date of stay to another month, got asked to sign up a members club? Went online to webchat, was told first yes I can move the date for free, then told minutes later I had to pay £150, which was more money than rebooking! Not helpful at all in situations like this. "

"Simple and practical, great for solo travellers or if you just need to crash for a night or two. Room was clean and stocked just fine, temperature was nice and cool and the bed was comfy. The standard room was quite small but it was fine for my purposes."
