"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

"I looked up a hotel in the neighborhood after our flight got cancelled. I wanted to find something big enough for the five of us. This was the first one to appear in the list. The room was very spacious and clean with modern amenities. We arrived after surrounding restaurants had closed, but there was a convenience store very nearby so we brought a feast back to our room and sat around the dining table to relax."

"Great location for Ginza shopping. The layout is unusual but we like it. The island in the room accommodates the wash basin, refrigeration and desk . I was able to do work on the high stool provided. The well lit room is also an exception for five star hotels. We also enjoyed the free beverage and snacks provided at the reception. "

"First of all, the staff were great! We felt very well taken care of. The area isn't the hub of action so there really wasn't the amount of selections we would've hoped, in terms of eateries, but it wasn't bad. What was surprising was that you could hear quite a bit of noise from the outside. Our previous hotel was whisper quiet so we were just surprised. We are city dwellers anyway and actually need noise so it wasn't a big deal for us, but just a warning in case you thought being in a 30 story...
