"Air conditioning worked great. There was a bed to sleep on. Sheets had a stain but weren’t dirty. Shower didn’t drain. "

"Floors stick,slippey and grimy. Mentioned it right away for a new room but one wasn't available. Staff Would not send a housekeeper to mop. No discount given when asked. I used 2 towels to clean it myself, shown in pictures attached"

"We stayed for almost a week and had all of our needs met. The breakfast was complete enough that we didn't have to eat the same thing every morning. Any request we made of the front desk was promptly attended to. The room was very spacious and maintained well."

"Overall it was good to great. Day one didn't have the room I request front desl wasn't helpful. The following day I asked again with new person at front desk she was extremely helpful. She was going to work on finding a room we had requested. Left to run errand and returned another person at front desk gave us our new room. So overall it all worked out. "

"The room was very clean and cool. We asked for an extra blanket and was given one immediately. We have stayed here several times and its always a wonderful experience. The breakfast is amazing as well with lots to choose from. "

"There were hairs all over the bathtub. The was a constant having dripping of coming from the floor above. The breakfast buffet that they charged $15 for was the same as you get a hotels that offer free full breakfast. The french toast almot broke a tooth is was so hard. Not up to Holiday Inn standards and certainly not worth $215 a night!!!"

"The room was very clean. We had fresh towels every day. Breakfast was good with no problems. I highly recommend this hotel for future visits to San Antonio."

"Parking was good but you do have to pay nightly fee—$8. Breakfast is the best I’ve had anywhere. Staff pleasant. Always a good stay. They were painting back of building so pool and spa were all chained up. A bit disappointing as we were there a week. "

"The location is excellent. If you are looking for super closeness to Sea World, it's great. Considering this hotel is in the "budget friendly" category it is disappointing they do not have free breakfast and shocking that they charge for parking. We have stayed at several other hotel chains similar in price and get free parking and breakfast. So this sadly, is a one and done for us. "
