"Having access to our own washing machine and drier in our room was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have a car but the distance to the nearest bus stop and shops was easily walkable. Wonderful view!"

"Our host Vicki and her team were delightful and very helpful. After checking in, Vicki grabbed an umbrella as it was raining and walked with me back to the car to help us get our luggage. It's the first accommodation ever that the host told us not to do the dishes.. "you're on holiday, you shouldn't have to do dishes, we'll give you clean crockery & cutlery each morning." Exceptional. "Just a short 10-minute drive from town, this hotel was perfect for us! We loved waking up to stunning snowy mountain views every morning. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for breakfast—really handy. It’s close to shops and a supermarket, and with daily room service, our stay was completely relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend!"

"Keep your expectations realistic and you won’t be disappointed. It’s an older property and in a state of disrepair. It could definitely benefit from a major renovation. Kitchen is a bit primitive, bathroom ceiling could use some work. However, you can’t beat the location and the view. Comfortable bed and great staff. I’d stay here again despite the rustic qualities."

"部屋は清潔で、シャワーはバスタブがあり、スノーボードをした後の疲れを癒すのに良かった。お湯の温度はちょっとぬるくてたまに湯沸かし器のお湯を足した。アメニティなどは充実しており冷蔵庫には牛乳とポーションミルク、ネスレのカプセルコーヒー、紅茶、ホットチョコレート、日本茶、カモミールティー、ミントティーなどとても楽しめた。ベッドは柔らかく快適で電気で暖かくなり寒い時期も快適。部屋は1番安いグレードなので湖畔の眺めが見られなく残念。つぎは湖畔を眺めてコーヒーを飲みたい。全体的に満足出来て素晴らしいと思う。"
