Otel yeni fakat ekip hazır değil. Ertesi güne oda temizliği ve hazırlığı kötü, Odada eksikler var(banyoda askı yok, Odada iki sandalye yerine biri sehpa olabilir, kahvaltı vasat ve yoğunlukta başarısız. Kahvaltı salonun'dan alt katlara ulaşım sıkıntılı, umarım çözerler başarılar. Erciyes kayak merkezi için kolay geçiş kayseriye göre alternatif konaklama, sakin bölge
