"The lodge is amazing and we got to see elephants during the day and night next to our room. They quoted us a ridiculous amount for transport from/to Vic Falls so we had to make our own way there for a third of the price. There were more people going to Vic Falls the same day so I feel they could make an effort to make transport easy, fair and eco-friendly for their guests. The property has deteriorated significantly with lack of attention to detail, shower cubicles not holding to walls for example loose electrical cables and lamps in dangerous condition. The bed itself was very comfortable and equipped with electric blankets which were essential for that time of year.
