"Friendly staff, attentive to room service needs. Shakila at breakfast was very good. She went out of the way to service us. There were 2 male receptionist staff also were great! Forgot their names. Expedia had listed standard room as ocean view, but the property didn’t acknowledge as ocean view for standard room. We got the room we wanted after explaining it, they were accommodating. Ontbijt was top, enkel de volgorde van het opdienen van de gerechten kan o.i. veel verbeteren: koffie, hartig ontbijt, dan zoet. Nu was het lang wachten op koffie, werd er na een halfuur zoetigheid gevraagd of er een eitje gewenst was en kwam er srilankaans ontbijt op tafel. Altijd wel heel vriendelijk, sowieso.
