"Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. My Goodness, the beds are soft and comfortable. Having split rooms with a group was great. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't say one bad thing about it. "

"This place is unbelievable! Such an experience. It will definitely be memorable. The stones are so beautiful and modern. The views are stunning. They brought us a beautiful breakfast to our dome. The staff was amazing. Helping us with everything. They made a bonfire at night and helped us with it. They helped us with the outdoor jacuzzi. Make sure to tell them you want to use it a couple of hours before because it takes tome to heat. We loved it. They also arranged horseback riding right...

"It was an excellent stay It was unexpected surprise to have a two bedroom apartment but even better when it was is excellent condition The owner spoke perfect english and was very helpful The property was well located near a mall I would stay there again "

"The manager (female) of Casa Muru is so unfriendly and “Karen” like in nature that more than 5 of the neighboring restaurants, cafes, and stores warned me about her, and respectively expressed how difficult it was to communicate or cooperate with her."

"I had a wonderful staff. This family staff really take time to care for you, whether with safety of the locked entrance and letting you in, making you fresh coco tea for altitude acclimation, or fresh made breakfast. My room fit my needs and gas a wonderful shower. Don’t miss out on breakfast."

"I arrived and looked after by Melvin for check-in. He was very helpful, explaining the area, the hotel, and answered some of my questions. The hotel is right behind the Plaza de Armas. The area is safe at all hours. The hotel has a good breakfast for long hours. I got a boxed breakfast the last day as I was going to Machu PIcchu. The courtyard is beautiful and charming; in the evening they set up fire heaters so you can enjoy the night with a drink. i highly recommend it."

Museum hotel — do not miss this Jewell!

"Beautiful historical home/museum. Service the best I gave ever seen-- personal, friendly, efficient. Beautiful property. Small but comfortable room with spa tub, heated bathroom marble floors, great breakfast included. Lunch and bar excellent! "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was the best hotel of our multi city trip to Peru. No complaints. From the tea available to you as soon as you walk in to the delicious breakfast/lunch/dinner at the restaurant. On top of that, it such a beautiful hotel that feels so grand inside. They also go above and beyond to make sure you experience everything Cusco has to offer. They even had little Panchita (alpaca) there for you to take pictures with!"

"It was great to stay in this property, the views were amazing from room and common areas. It was super clean and the included breakfast was delicious and they had so may options. Overall, loved my experience with Atoq San Blans and when I come back to Cusco would love to stay there again."
