My impression is many people come for the weekend —washing and hanging clothes everywhere and couples with screaming children who take over the pool. Otherwise it’s a very lovely spot, great location."

The staff are awesome! Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. They all were there to make my stay the most enjoyable and memorable time in Luang Prabang. The front desk staff helped me with many things. They secured train tickets, private tour drivers, taxi and similar services needed...

"Oh this place provides amazing customer service. Spacious and clean room. Delicious breakfast especially their Chicken Fried rice! Location was close to everything - the Mekong river, the famous temples, the alms ceremony and night market / shops. I would also like to give a huge shout out to our check-in staff Ken, he went above and beyond to make our stay the most amazing one. He accommodated to split our bed for two people. He was our barista who made our Margarita drink, and our welcome...

"We love this hotel. This hotel used to be the house of the last king and queen of the Kingdom Laos. We were greeted directly at the Luang Prabang Train Station by the hotel's complimentary shuttle, a thoughtful and welcoming gesture ;) The location was beautiful right by the Mekong River. The location was in the heart of everything and we walked pretty much every where. The view from our room was beautiful and we certainly enjoyed it. The grounds were immaculate and very well taken care of....
