"Quite a walk from town (and as of Mar 2026 the road is under construction), front desk not 24hrs, no restaurant or deli onsite. Very minimal staff but the one employee we saw was very friendly and helpful. The property will be very nice once repaired. Our room was missing a window covering, bathroom window taped shut, no soap. Good value for the price but would choose to stay elsewhere next time. The Llamas and cats were the highlight of our stay. "

"Beautiful location, perfect view of the lake and near by the dock. The place is run by a young couple. They only have 3 units so very tentive to our needs. The wife is an excellent cook, better than restaurant food we had in copacabana. We had one of the best meals. "

"Besonders unfreundliche Angestellte, das Zimmer war unfassbar dreckig und verbraucht, die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt und nicht sauber, die Möbel war kaputt und nicht zu gebrauchen,die Mülleimer waren noch voll vom Vorgänger, die Mülleimer in der Toilette waren noch voll mit benutztem Toilettenpapier - einfach alles nur widerlich!! Der Allgemeinzustand ist fatal. Alles so dreckig und verratzt! "

"町の中心から緩やかな坂道を歩いて10分程ですが、ホテル目前に急な坂があります。でも、その先にあるホテルから見えるチチカカ湖や街並みに癒されること間違いなしです。ホテルは元々、コパカバーナの地主の邸宅だったらしく、家具もアンティークで、朝食を食べる部屋には暖炉があり、贅沢な時間が過ごせました。オーナーがとても親切で、もっと滞在したかったなと思いました。"
