"Our room was beautiful with a fantastic huge terrace overlooking the lake. The front staff at the hotel were wonderful. Our only issue was at the restaurant which I don’t know if they are connected to the hotel or not, but the food was terrible even though it was a gorgeous view."

"Of the six hotels that we have stayed in on this trip, this hotel was by far the most expensive per night and by far the biggest disappointment. Service was on pm par with star hotel. Our room had a lot of gnats in the bathroom. They were flying all over the mirror and into the soap. They were many of them in the sink. "Room overlooking the Lake was beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic and the bar was top notch. Great location, walking distance into the City Center of Lecco, and a short bus ride away from Bellagio. Great food options nearby as well. Would love to come stay here again. "
