"I absolutely loved my stay! Very unique hotel, beautifully decorated, breakfast in the morning was delicious and varied, the restaurant on site was amazing! The location was convenient and the views from the hotel are breathtaking… I loved it! "

"Clean, warm & very central - ideal for sightseeing in Rekjavik. On a lively street with lots of cafes, restaurants, & food shops (supermarket next door) For saying how central it is it wasn’t noisy.
Only slight issue was the lighting in the room was quite poor. If you’re going out before light which was often in Feb there are not enough electric lights. "

"Center hotels have several properties and I thought I was choosing the nicest- boy was I wrong. From sending two emails over several days that went unanswered to the awful sulfuric smell in the bathroom. When I entered the room I actually had to check to make sure there wasn’t waste left because it smelled so badly. I was only staying a few hours so I saved myself the trouble moving to another room (420). I’m not sure if the smell was from the construction next door or what but it was bad.

"The entire staff were some of the best. Olga at guest relations was amazing as well as everyone who worked the front desk.Dining room staff also excellent.

"We enjoyed our stay at Icelandic Apartments. The facilities were clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. We would stay there again."
