"We had a very enjoyable stay at Costa del Sol Wyndham Cusco. The hotel is beautiful, the colonial architecture gives it a unique charm, and the location is excellent for exploring the historic center.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. After staying at another hotel in Cusco, we especially appreciated the larger room, comfortable bed, and overall level of comfort. The staff was also exceptional—everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive.
Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety of fresh options, and the quality of the food was excellent. The restaurant staff was attentive and kept everything well stocked.
The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that there was a noticeable odor coming from the bathroom throughout our stay. It smelled like there may have been an issue with the sewage or drainage system. While it didn't ruin our trip, it was noticeable enough to affect the overall comfort of the room.
Aside from that one issue, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The comfort, service, breakfast, and location made it an excellent choice for our time in Cusco."
