"De geboekte kamer was niet beschikbaar. Wij boekte bewust een kamer met bank om ons kind oo te laten slapen. Vervolgens kregen we een matras aangeboden. Dit voldeed maar het is niet netjes om daar dan vervolgens extra geld voor te vragen als je als accomodatie zelf een fout maakt! Dit uiteindelijk ook niet hoeven betalen. De kamer die we kregen was wel netjes en ruim. Koude douche. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar voldoende."

"Well atthis hotel all te staff are lovely there is no restaurant cafe or breakfast available the rooms are big and spacious but hae many ants the electric shower is good enough the bed ok i stay here because of the lovely staff and can smoke on the balcony"

"Very nice hotel for a rural one with a nice touch. Beds have the usual a-bit-too-hard-matress syndrome, but I slept reasonably well. Will bring my top matress next time though. No restaurant, but free coffee/chocolate all day."

"This place was dirty and in a sad state of repair. The refrigerator was filthy the bath tub was full of cracks and holes, and dirty (I could not take a shower, the bathroom or room didn’t have a sink. I finally left at 4:30am because of the roaches crawling on me. Normally, I don’t leave bad reviews, but feel that future guests should be warned. "

"Overall it was a pleasant stay in the hotel, it was very quiet in the area but the facilities were very good. In particular Phuong and Minh on reception were very helpful. I enjoyed speaking with both of them about the local area and they gave me some good tips on what to do. They were also keen to help me to provide great customer service!"

"Met all the basic requirements. Nice setting on the lake with a view of the tea hills. You’ll be offered a boat tip to tea island. I didn’t go. The dorm room is in a pretty neat stilt house. "

"Going by motorcycle from Ninh Binh to Phong Nha, one can make a stop halway and use this hotel as your stop. The owner is extremely friendly, inviting me for both dinner and breakfast, and driving me around. A real personal touch. The place itself is functional, let's say, worth the price Vietnam style. Nevertheless, I had a cultural stayover! "
