Disappointingly, no refund.
"We didn’t stay at this hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. Although Hotels.com tried to get a refund from the hotel, the hotel would not oblige. We are rearranging our trip to Laos next Spring. We will not be booking this hotel."

"Wonderful one night here. We loved our room and the foot massages we got there. Our dinner was great and breakfast too. Lovely staff and all were very helpful"
