"The room were clean, but they have a bad drain system as the bathroom smelled like sewage. Still I give them a 5 star because they allowed us to check out late. We only stay for two nights before our trip to Makkah. Going to from the Masjid was an easy process with their shuttle. The breakfast was simple, but good. For a quick two nights, I would choose it again. The last porter we met Shahin Alam was truly a gem and is the ultimate reason I am leaving a 5 stars, thank you for your help!"

"Affordable. Maintenance is non existant. I asked the front desk many times to repair the noisy AC with no success… I had to sleep with noise cancel. I stayed 6 nights and requested to at least clean the room during the stay, didn’t happen unfortunately and was just given supplies."

"When we arrived, we were initially not given the same room that was shown on the Expedia website, so we had to wait while contacting Expedia to clarify the issue.
After speaking with Expedia, the hotel management handled the situation very professionally. The manager personally contacted us and assured us that we would be given a room matching the photos shown online. They were very respectful and helpful in resolving the issue, and we appreciated their efforts."
