"Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Det var ett nybyggt hotell, det gick inte att missa så allt var fräscht. Tågen som passerar var femte minut var lite störande. Städning ingick inte och behövde man mer toapapper fick man ta det från städvagnarna. Ett fantastiskt gym men inget för barnen. Ett sk playroom var tomt förutom några stolar. Om man ville ha något att dricka fick man fixa det på macken bredvid. Visst, de hade inget alkoholtillstånd men en kyl med lite läsk mm hade kunnat...

"A great apartment, in a secure complex, in an ideal setting, close to the sea, but easy transport links to the Old Town. It was well equipped and spacious. There is a well stocked small shop on the edge of the complex, as well a small cafe that does great breakfasts! The only downside was that the pillows were too soft and not supportive enough, resulting in chronic neck ache."

"I believe the hotel's name, "Cloud," reflects how comfortable the bed was. I had such a good night's sleep, which is important because I tend to be a light sleeper. The room was well-organized and clean. I especially appreciated the adjustable Artemide light by the bed, as I enjoy reading in bed. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."
