"Booked as a last minute random stay, turned out to be my forever preferred hotel from now on. The staff from the Front office manager, every single guest agent to the concierge staff member, pool attendees, garden cleaners to the humblest security guard always went out of their way to welcome you with a warm greeting and Srilankan hospitality that comes from the heart. The room standards were exceptional without any faults and the Quality of all F&B outlets including room services was 10/10. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone."

Service in general was very spot on especially Chaminda, who took really good care of us. "Our little family had an amazing stay at Riff. The beach is beautiful, rooms are good (the cleaning of the rooms is super!), food is delicious! You can hear the waves from the ocean which is so nice to fall asleep to. You can go see the turtles and Turtle beach (5 minute Tuk Tuk), and snorkling. The staff is incredible and our 7 month baby Charlie was so well taken care off (they even fixed food for her!). Special thank to Benischa and the gang in the restaurant, Charlie misses you already!
