"Fantastic staff, room was spotless and a very good breakfast. Also had a late dinner at the restaurant one evening which was excellent. Early in the season so it was very quiet, so the staff were extra attentive. Overall, a great stay."

"The rooms were clean, good breakfast. The housekeeping service staff need some training, perhaps with written instructions as a list of things to do. It was a bit of a hit and miss service. Good location about 15 min easy walk to the port.
The Albanian people were very nice. It is a family run hotel and the season is a bit early so few improvements going on. Overall excellent place to stay in Saranda."

"Nous avons été très bien accueillies par la réceptionniste, dont le sourire et la gentillesse méritent une mention spéciale. Notre chambre était déjà prête alors que nous étions arrivées bien avant l’heure officielle de check-in, ce qui a été une belle surprise. L’hôtel est propre, simple et plutôt confortable, parfait pour un séjour sans chichi. Le petit déjeuner est correct et permet de bien commencer la journée.
